Will I have to take time off work?
No. Our outpatient programs are designed to fit your schedule. We offer flexible scheduling including evening appointments, so you can attend treatment and still fulfill your work and family responsibilities.
How long does treatment take?
Treatment length varies based on your individual needs. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) typically runs 6-12 weeks, while Partial Hospitalization (PHP) may be 2-4 weeks. Your physician will create a personalized timeline for you.
Is my information confidential?
Absolutely. All patient information is protected by HIPAA and kept strictly confidential. We will never share your information without your explicit consent.
What if I've tried treatment before and it didn't work?
Many of our clients have tried other programs before finding success at Northview. Our physician-led, evidence-based approach is different from traditional counseling-only programs. We treat addiction as the medical condition it is, which leads to better outcomes.
Do you treat co-occurring mental health conditions?
Yes. Many people struggling with addiction also have anxiety, depression, PTSD, or other mental health conditions. Our physicians are trained to treat both addiction and co-occurring disorders simultaneously.
What substances do you treat?
We treat all types of substance use disorders, including alcohol, opioids, stimulants, benzodiazepines, and other substances. Our medical team has experience with all forms of addiction.
