During the phone assessment, one of our experienced counselors will ask questions about your current situation, substance use history, and any previous treatment experiences. This helps us understand your needs and determine the best course of action.

The admissions process typically starts with a 45-minute phone assessment, followed by a more in-depth, hour-long in-person assessment. Once the necessary assessments are completed and intake forms are signed, we can schedule your first appointment! We aim to streamline this process by providing forms and assessments through our patient portal for your convenience.

While insurance can help cover the costs of treatment, we offer options for those without insurance. Please reach out to discuss your situation, and we will work to find the best solution for you.

No prior treatment experience is necessary to begin the admissions process. We welcome individuals at all stages of their recovery journey.

Yes, family involvement can be beneficial. We encourage open communication and can discuss how family members can support you during this process.

Many individuals choose a self-pay plan because it offers greater privacy and confidentiality, without the involvement of insurance companies. Self-pay rates are determined based on the clinical recommendations for each person’s treatment plan, which our medical and clinical team finalize shortly after the intake process.

To ensure transparency, a full schedule of self-pay rates is provided upon arrival, before intake begins. Each individual’s plan and costs will be clearly reviewed and discussed with them, so there are no surprises and patients feel fully informed about their care.
