Moshe Bachar, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Moshe Bachar is a board-certified physician in both internal medicine and addiction medicine, dedicated to guiding individuals through their journey to recovery with expertise and empathy. A graduate of Augusta University Medical College of Georgia, Dr. Bachar completed his residency at the Medical College of Georgia Hospital and Clinic. His passion lies in helping patients regain control over their lives, achieve long-term wellness, and rediscover hope through healing. Known for his holistic, patient-centered approach, he combines evidence-based treatments with personalized care plans to support each individual’s unique path to recovery. Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Bachar enjoys saltwater fishing, reading, music, cooking, and staying active through exercise.

Jessica Cothern

Director

Jessica Cothern serves as the Director of Northview Wellness, where she combines her love for people with her passion for creating meaningful change in healthcare. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and an MBA in Healthcare Administration, a foundation that allows her to blend science, structure, and compassion in every aspect of her work. Jessica has spent her career dedicated to improving the patient experience and strengthening the connection between medical and behavioral health. With a background in medical office operations, she has been instrumental in cultivating Northview Wellness into a place where patients feel genuinely cared for—body, mind, and spirit. Working closely with Dr. Moshe Bachar, she helped bring to life a model of care that focuses on understanding the whole person and building trust at every step of the healing journey. Known for her empathy, organization, and approachable leadership style, Jessica believes that every patient deserves to feel heard, valued, and supported. She finds deep fulfillment in helping others rediscover balance, hope, and confidence in their path to wellness. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys cooking new recipes, traveling the world, spending time on the water fishing, and being surrounded by family and friends who keep her grounded and inspired.

Ariel Rothenberg

Clinical Director

Ariel Rothenberg is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping individuals find healing, balance, and connection. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University in 2017, after completing her undergraduate studies in Psychology at the University of Georgia. Since 2015, Ariel has provided therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, supporting clients through a wide range of emotional challenges and life transitions. Much of Ariel’s work has focused on helping individuals with trauma backgrounds. She believes in meeting each client exactly where they are—creating a space that feels safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. Her therapeutic approach blends evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with creative interventions like art and music to foster expression and healing in ways that feel natural and engaging. In addition to her clinical work, Ariel has experience as an intake assessor and diagnostic evaluator, and she deeply enjoys supervising other clinicians. She values collaboration and loves working alongside her team to brainstorm, reflect, and find new ways to best support clients. Outside of her professional life, Ariel enjoys spending time with her family and dog, swimming, and doing arts and crafts with her kids. She believes in the same balance and creativity she encourages in her clients and brings that sense of joy and connection into all aspects of her life.

Aidan Tobin

Outreach Coordinator

Aidan Tobin serves as a key member of the Business Development team at Northview Wellness, where he combines his background in psychology with a genuine passion for helping others access quality care. A graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Aidan brings both clinical understanding and strategic insight to his role. For the past two years, Aidan has dedicated his work to the addiction recovery field, focusing on creating meaningful partnerships that strengthen community connections and expand access to integrated behavioral health services. He believes that collaboration is essential in building pathways to recovery, and he takes pride in developing relationships rooted in trust, compassion, and shared purpose. At Northview Wellness, Aidan plays an important role in outreach, education, and strategic growth, ensuring that patients, providers, and partners alike experience the same level of care and integrity that define the organization. His empathetic approach and forward-thinking mindset help advance Northview’s mission of bridging the gap between medical and behavioral health. Outside of work, Aidan enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and exploring new places with friends and family. He is passionate about personal growth and finds inspiration in seeing individuals transform their challenges into opportunities for lasting change.

Jacob Price

Primary Therapist

Jacob Price is a deeply committed mental health professional with a passion for walking alongside individuals as they navigate the complex and courageous journey of recovery. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and a Master’s degree in Counselor Education with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He graduated with high honors in both programs and is a proud member of the International Honor Society in Psychology. Jacob is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (APC) in the state of Georgia and brings over seven years of personal sobriety to his work—a lived experience that informs his practice with authenticity, humility, and strength. He understands firsthand what it means to rebuild a life from the ground up, and he brings that insight to every session. Throughout his career, Jacob has served in multiple clinical roles, including group and primary therapist for individuals struggling with both substance use and mental health disorders, lead therapist for clients impacted by mass trauma, and Assistant Clinical Director at a leading treatment facility. He has also worked as a sober companion and recovery coach, supporting clients in real-time as they return to life outside of treatment. Jacob’s biggest passion is helping individuals receive the support, structure, and care they need to break free from addiction—particularly in those early, fragile moments of sobriety. He is especially focused on helping clients build the relapse prevention skills and emotional tools necessary to not just stay sober, but to thrive. He believes recovery is not a single moment, but a series of brave choices, and his mission is to help people meet each of those moments with clarity, compassion, and confidence. In addition to his clinical work, Jacob is proud to serve as a visible and affirming staple within the LGBTQ+ community. He is passionate about providing inclusive, identity-affirming care and creating a therapeutic space where clients feel safe to be their full selves, especially those who may have felt overlooked or misunderstood in traditional treatment settings. At the heart of Jacob’s work is a simple but powerful belief: healing happens when people feel seen, supported, and never alone.

Kathryn Walker

Primary Therapist

Kathryn Walker, Licensed Master Social Worker, is a dedicated and compassionate social worker and clinical leader committed to helping individuals and families heal, grow, and thrive. She began her academic journey at the University of West Georgia, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Minor in Spanish in 2016. Kathryn went on to complete her Master’s in Social Work at Valdosta State University in 2021 and is currently pursuing a Premedical Postbaccalaureate program at Georgia State University in Atlanta, which she began in June 2024. She has been a Licensed Master Social Worker since October 2021 and holds a P–12 School Social Work Certificate. Throughout her career, Kathryn has worked across diverse clinical, educational, and healthcare settings, where she has built a reputation for her empathy, leadership, and client-centered approach. Kathryn has been a Program Director for a Substance Abuse and Mental Health facility. Overseeing integrated programs for mental health and substance abuse treatment. Previously, she worked as a Senior Clinical Care Coordinator with Georgia Hospital Systems, focusing on medical social work. Kathryn also served as a School Social Worker, advocating for students and families through educational and community-based support. Kathryn’s therapeutic style is rooted in client-centered and strengths-based approaches, incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care. She emphasizes empowerment, collaboration, and emotional safety—creating spaces where clients feel heard, valued, and supported in their healing journey. Whether leading interdisciplinary teams, guiding families through crisis, or providing one-on-one clinical support, Kathryn remains deeply committed to promoting dignity, resilience, and lasting well-being in every person she serves.

Ariel Rothenberg

Clinical Director

Ariel Rothenberg him LCSW with over 10 years of experience in behavioral health across various settings. Ariel Rothenberg practice is trauma-informed and evidence-based. Him care approach is warm and compassionate, emphasizing access and empowerment in behavioral health. She takes a holistic approach, integrating TF-CBT, EMDR, CPT, CBT, DBT, ACT, and
MI into her work. She focuses on stress, trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and life transitions, primarily with adolescents and adults. Ariel Rothenberg is fluent in Spanish, broadening her
service reach. Ariel Rothenberg leadership involves strategic planning, teamwork, and a focus on development and inclusivity. In supervision, Ariel Rothenberg is nurturing yet results-oriented,
advocating for evidence-based practices and professional growth. She conducts regular sessions to discuss case management and therapeutic techniques, fostering a learning
environment for her team. A Florida State University alumna, she majored in Psychology and International Relations before moving to Chicago. There, she earned her MSW from Loyola
University in 2015 and her clinical licensure in 2017. Her personal interests include travel, rock climbing, and hiking with her dogs..

Jacob

Therapist

Until recently, Jacob was living in Los Angeles working as a Group Facilitator for a Residential Treatment Facility, providing services to (mostly) LGBT individuals suffering from Substance Use Disorders (SUD). Among his favorite groups include Anger Management, Seeking Safety, Dharma Recovery, Family Groups, Avoiding Triggers and Creative Expressions. A Chicago native, Jacob received his MSW from The University of Chicago in 2002. With over twenty years of experience in social services, some of his favorite previous positions; Geriatric Case Manager within a (NOORC) in New York City. Among his favorite groups include Anger Management, Seeking Safety, Dharma Recovery, Family Groups, Avoiding Triggers and Creative Expressions. A Chicago native, Jacob received his MSW from The University of Chicago in 2002. With over twenty years of experience in social services, some of his favorite previous positions; Geriatric Case Manager within a (NOORC) in New York City.
